Summary: Other than the couch and chair mostly the couch was not clean in my room but overall my stay at the best western Windsor was great we most definitely will recommend it, and thank you to the staff very friendly

Summary: The stay was fine. When I arrived they could not run my card so we spent about fourty minutes trying to check in. The card that was used was not my card so they could not run it. The room which was paid for in advance was NOT paid to the hotel so I wound up charging it on my card and HOPING I get a refund for the money that was taken out of my account!

Summary: My stay was good, the room were clean, there is only few problems I have is the gap under the door is very wide and there is only one hook to hang towels in the bathroom, other than that, I would stay here again.

Summary: The hotel had an unpleasant odor. The faucet in the tub would not shut off completely— dripped all night. Hotel needs a renovation.

Summary: The only reason i booked this hotel and this room, is because it said it had a jetted tub. When we asked the front desk, they said had no rooms with jetted tubs. I feel like i paid way too much money on one night for it not to be what was advertised
